Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Content Nature

The Agent Factory Studio provides Studio Pass access to specialized AI software agents. These are classified as Digital Content under EU Directive 2011/83/EU. By purchasing a subscription or license, you receive immediate access to the intellectual property and computational resources.

2. Waiver of Right of Withdrawal

Important: By checking the consent box during checkout, you expressly consent to begin the performance of the service immediately and acknowledge that you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal once the digital content has been accessed or the service has begun.

This is in accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.

3. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your Studio Pass at any time via:

Effect of Cancellation: Your cancellation will stop future billing. You will retain access to the agents until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for mid-cycle cancellations.

4. Technical Faults

When the software fails to perform as described due to a verified technical error on our side (such as infrastructure failure or AI Gateway outage), you may be eligible for a refund.

To request a technical fault refund:
Email support@theagentfactory.studio with your account email and a description of the issue. We process verified technical non-performance refunds within 5-10 business days.
